Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, One Montgomery Tower is constructed of structural steel columns sheathed in highly polished sunset red granite panels and complemented by solar gray tempered glass in aluminum frames. The building's heat and fresh air also are delivered by the variable air volume diffusers, which are controlled by a series of thermostats located on each floor.

Post Montgomery Center features valet parking in a secure lot located beneath the building Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Monthly parking is available.
