& Wakefield of California, Inc. With nearly 100 million
square feet of commercial space under management nationwide, Cushman
& Wakefield has been chosen for it's expertise in managing corporate
office and retail properties. As managing agent, it is our objective
to provide you with the highest quality service available.
The
Management Office is located in Suite 3220 of One Montgomery
Tower. It is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday,
and is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. To contact the
Management Office, please call 393-1500. During non-business hours,
an on-site security officer will assist you. The telephone is monitored
24-hours per day, seven days per week.

Susan Court - General Manager Email
Responsible for all on-site management and leasing activity at Post Montgomery Center.
Jose Guevara -
Property Manager Email
Director of Operations at Post Montgomery Center.
Directs all safety and security programs. Provides tenant training
and serves as liaison to Fire Police and Civil Emergency Services.
Rick Klagstad - Assistant Property Manager Email
Responsible for managing the contracts for janitorial, landscaping, and special services in Post Montgomery Center to ensure the highest quality service available for our tenants.
Jenny Junginger - Tenant Services Coordinator Email
Tenant liaison to maintain and improve the tenant services program.
Facilitates tenant needs and arranges for above standard services.
Nicole Dubee - Retail Manager Email
Operational duties in addition to directing a marketing and promotional
program to increase customer awareness of Crocker Galleria, as
well as direct day to day tenant contact.
Lee Yurman - Security Manager
Sasha Wolfe - Administrative Assistant Email
Acts as tenant liaison to ensure that each tenant’s requests
are directed to the appropriate staff. Provides administrative
support.
Bruce
Tsuma - Financial Manager Email
Responsible for accounting functions including tenant billing.
Amber Fang - Financial Accountant Email
Assists Senior Financial Accountant with accounting function including
accounts payable.

Manages and operates all building systems with a team of engineers.
