GENERAL SERVICE
Heating, air conditioning (HVAC) and lighting are provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The HVAC system is centrally controlled and is designed to provide consistent temperatures within your premises. Should the temperature level change abruptly or be outside of a reasonable level in your office, please call the Management Office.

HVAC and lighting are not regularly provided on Sundays, holidays or after normal business hours. If you require these services after normal business hours, please contact the Management Office at least 48 hours in advance. The charge for after-hours services will appear on your regular rent invoice.

HVAC SYSTEM OVERVIEW
The One Montgomery Tower cooling system is powered by three chillers located on the Service Level of the building. During the summer, cool air is delivered by fans through a system of variable air volume diffusers located in the ceiling of each floor.
The building's heat and fresh air also are delivered by the variable air volume diffusers, which are controlled by a series of thermostats located on each floor.

COMPUTER ROOM HVAC
If you require special air conditioning for any computer facilities you have, please contact the Management Office at 393-1500 for details concerning the requirements for this service.

LIGHTING CONTROL
Building lighting is controlled by an automated system on Monday through Saturday that reduces the lighting by 50% between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., after which all lights (except emergency lighting) are automatically turned off until 6:00 a.m. of the next business day. If full-lighting is needed during the evening hours, on holidays or on Sunday, you may make arrangements in advance by calling the Management Office or Lobby Attendant after hours. We will provide after-hours lighting to your floor when requested and the charges will appear on your regular rent invoice.

Some areas of One Montgomery Tower are controlled by occupancy sensors. These sensors detect air movement and maintain the lights in the area when it is occupied. When an area is unoccupied, the sensors will detect there is no one in the area and automatically turn off the lights to conserve energy. If any adjustment is required for a sensor in your suite, please contact the Building Office and an engineer will promptly adjust the necessary sensors.

The lights which are not controlled by sensors are controlled by individual switches. In order to reduce operating costs, please turn off all of the lights in your suite when you leave in the evenings. Calculators, radios, computers and coffee machines should also be turned off each evening as well. Every tenant will benefit from these simple measures to conserve energy.

ELEVATORS
Elevator service is available 24 hours a day. After normal hours of building operation, only one cab in each bank will be available for tenant use, upon access approval at the lobby console. If any elevator fails to operate properly, please notify Building Management at 393-1500 or contact the Lobby Attendant at the main lobby console.

Five elevator cabs (Cabs 1-5), serve the low-rise section of One Montgomery Tower (Floors 1-14). One of these cabs (Cab 3), also serves the Service Level below. Six cabs (Cabs 6-11) serve Floors 15-25, the mid-rise section. Cab 8 also serves the Service Level. Five cabs (Cabs 12-17) serve the high-rise section (Floors 26-37). Cab 15 provides limited service to the Service Level, Lobby and preselected floors.

A freight elevator (Cab 18) serves all floors from Service - 38. It is intended for use as a heavy lift/utility car and is not generally available for passenger use. Three elevators (Cabs 19, 20, 21) also serve the Crocker Galleria and the Parking Level.

All elevators sound a tone to indicate floor changes to people with visual disabilities.

Freight Elevator Size: Blocking elevator doors open can damage the equipment, delaying your delivery or move. The dimensions of the freight elevator in the Tower are H 12'10" x L 8'10" x W 4'8".
