TENANT SERVICES COORDINATOR
Post Montgomery Center has a Tenant Services Coordinator on staff who organizes various events throughout the year. These events are geared to promote community services, improve tenant awareness and celebrate holidays.

SERVICE REQUESTS
If you observe the following procedures for requesting building
services we can provide you with a speedy response.
1. Place a request online
or Call the Management Office at 393-1500
between the hours of 8:00
a.m. and 5:30 p.m. After normal business hours, calls to this
number will be answered by the on-duty Lobby Attendant.
2. Give the following information:
- Tenant name and suite number
- Name of the individual calling
- Nature of request or problem
- Location on floor
3. The Receptionist or Lobby Attendant will dispatch the proper personnel
to service your requests. Response to most calls is made within
30 minutes to 1 hour.
4. If you have an emergency (water leak, chemical spill, etc.), response
will be immediate.
5. Some services provided by our engineering and janitorial departments
may have associated charges. Please check with your main tenant
contact before requesting special services.
