RESTAURANTS
and SERVICES:
A wide range of dining, as well as distinctive catering is available
through Crocker Galleria's
food establishments on the Third Level. The Galleria
is a favorite spot for business lunches in the Financial District. Also, a wide range of services are available on the First Level.
PROXIMITY
to MASS TRANSPORTATION:
The convenience to all parts of the San Francisco Metropolitan
Area is another One Montgomery Tower advantage. Located just across
the street is BART, as well as major transportation services that
connect the center with outlying commercial and residential centers.
Post Montgomery Center also affords easy access to major freeways. [Map]
PARKING:
Post Montgomery Center features valet parking in a secure lot
located beneath the building. The garage is available to the public
Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The entrance is
situated off Sutter Street and offers convenient and easy access
for both employees and visitors. Elevators on the Second Level
of Crocker Galleria (just off the Tower lobby) connect the parking
area to the lobby level of Tower. If you wish to reserve a space
on a monthly basis, contact AMPCO parking at 393-1545 for information
on availability and rates.

LOADING
DOCK:
Entrance to loading dock off at Sutter Street. Clearance Trucks
using the loading dock should not exceed 12 feet 3inches in height
and 34 feet in length. It is the Tenant's responsibility to inform
the mover of these restrictions.
BUILDING
HOURS and HOLIDAYS:
Normal hours of operation for Tower are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Access to the complex at other times is restricted to the Kearny
Street entrance of the building. Entry is monitored by our 24-hour
per day staff. Security and sign-in procedures are reviewed in
detail in Section I.

SMOKING:
In accordance with Section Part II., Chapter V., Article 19C of
the San Francisco Municipal Health Code, smoking is not permitted
at Post Montgomery Center.

Remodeling/redecorating work can be either minor or major in scope.

BICYCLES:
During regular business hours, Monday through Friday, tenants
who wish to bring bicycles into the building should enter via
the loading dock entrance on Sutter Street, and use a service
elevator to reach their respective floor. On weekends and holidays,
tenants may enter via the main lobby and carry their bicycles
to the service elevator to reach their respective floor.
PETS:
The only animals allowed in the building are dogs aiding the visually
or hearing-impaired. No other animals are permitted, in accordance
to the City Health Codes.
SPECIAL
KEYS:
All keys at One Montgomery Tower are keyed to a Building Master
Key System. This key system is necessary so that the Fire Department
and Building Emergency Staff have access to all areas in the event
of an emergency. For this reason, we require that no locks be
changed or additional locks/bolts be added to any door within
your suite without receiving permission of the Management Office.
If additional lock work for your suite is necessary, the building
staff can provide new locks and keys. Please contact the Management
Office as required.
